Version: privacy-2026-10-attorney-v1-1
Who is responsible
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
RLDS & 3 LLC, doing business as 67 Delivery is responsible for the information it processes through the Platform. This notice applies to customers, Drivers, Partner representatives and visitors. Contact privacy@67delivery.com for questions or rights requests. External retailers and providers may also have their own policies and legal duties.
Data categories
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
67 Delivery may process customer account/contact data, delivery addresses, orders, cart activity, saves/follows, support records, push/device data, security logs; driver identity, license, vehicle/insurance, training, screening/adjudication, check-in/out, delivery, incident, purchasing-card and payout/tax data; partner business/license, catalog, store, settlement, account-member, social-post, photo/video/audio and engagement data.
Information comes from the individual, Platform interactions and devices, participating businesses, authorized payment, identity and screening providers, and lawful communications with delivery participants or authorities. Collection depends on the features used, permissions and applicable law. Payment providers handle payment credentials; unnecessary full payment details should not be sent to support.
Purposes and recipients
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
We use information to create and secure accounts; facilitate authorized shopping and delivery; communicate about orders; verify identity, age and eligibility; process payments, refunds, settlements and tax records; evaluate driver eligibility through authorized screening; provide support; administer Partner content and engagement; investigate fraud and incidents; improve service reliability; meet legal duties; and preserve and resolve disputes.
We use marketing and promotional communication channels in accordance with applicable consent and opt-out requirements. A required order notice or safety message is distinct from optional marketing. We do not treat acceptance of Customer Terms, alcohol verification or screening authorization as consent to unrelated marketing.
We disclose information to the identified Partner and assigned driver as needed to fulfill an order, verify a lawful handoff and address support or safety concerns. We also use service providers for hosting, communications, payments, identity verification, authorized screening, purchasing cards, mapping, technical support, security and other necessary operations. We require appropriate contractual restrictions on their use and protection of information, taking account of their independent legal duties.
We may disclose necessary information to professional advisers, insurers or claims administrators; to authorities where required or lawfully justified; to protect legal rights or respond to a safety or fraud incident; and as part of a lawful corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards and required notice. Public content and public profile details are visible to the audience of the relevant feature. Do not upload content you intend to keep private.
Data sharing
Owner-approved position — attorney review pending
Customer data is not shared with third parties for promotional or marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in and consent information are never shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes.
Any data-sharing provision stated elsewhere in this Privacy Policy excludes mobile opt-in data and SMS consent information. Where another section describes a disclosure, that description does not extend to mobile opt-in data or SMS consent information for promotional or marketing purposes.

1. The 67 Delivery messaging program may include general customer-care messages used to answer questions and provide support, and/or marketing messages that may include discount codes, special offers, promotions, or information about products and services, depending on the program for which the user has opted in. We send only the content the user explicitly agreed to receive through the applicable opt-in process. Messages are sent from (855) 676-7710.
2. Users may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. We send an unsubscribe confirmation, and after that confirmation we do not send additional messages from that messaging program unless the user opts in again.
3. Users may reply HELP for assistance. General SMS help is available at privacy@67delivery.com.
4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
5. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on communication needs and the opted-in program. Users should contact their wireless provider with questions about their text or data plan.
6. Privacy questions should be directed to privacy@67delivery.com.
Verification and security
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
Alcohol verification may involve electronic reading or validation of a credential through an authorized verification provider. Our routine compliance record consists of the verification result, timestamp, method and any refusal reason. We do not routinely retain a physical image of an alcohol customer's identification as part of our order record. A provider may process the credential to perform verification under its disclosed practices and applicable law. Additional evidence may be preserved where necessary for a specific incident, fraud investigation or legal duty, with restricted access. Contact privacy support for information about the applicable verification process.
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and risks, including access restrictions and secure disposal. No system is completely secure. Notify support promptly of suspected misuse. Service providers may process information in locations outside your state or country; applicable legal requirements and required transfer safeguards govern such processing. We will provide legally required breach notices and respond to incidents in accordance with applicable law.
Driver location
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
Routine driver location collection occurs while the driver is checked in or actively completing delivery work and stops when the driver checks out and is no longer completing an active task. We retain relevant historical records under the schedule below. Location tied to a particular order, incident, security event, dispute or legal hold may be preserved longer. Device permissions may be required for delivery functions; optional permissions can be managed through the device settings. Customers and Partners receive only the information reasonably needed for their order or interaction.
Account deletion
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
An authenticated user may request account deletion through the app/account portal or privacy@67delivery.com. We verify requests proportionately, log them, revoke active sessions, disable push tokens, and promptly delete or anonymize eligible information, subject to technical completion and applicable response deadlines. Relevant financial, tax, fraud, alcohol-compliance, dispute, screening and legal-hold records are retained only for their approved lawful purpose and period, with restricted access. Deletion does not extinguish a required refund, payment obligation or preservation duty.
Privacy rights and optional integrations
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
Depending on applicable law and the person's circumstances, requests may include access, correction, deletion, portability, consent withdrawal and applicable opt-outs of sale, sharing or targeted advertising. Submit requests through privacy@67delivery.com or available controls. We will respond within applicable deadlines, explain lawful refusals and applicable appeal rights, verify authorized agents proportionately and honor legally required preference signals. We do not retaliate for exercising protected rights.
Our web and mobile services may use cookies, device identifiers or similar technologies for login, security, preference storage, operation and measurement. Optional analytics or marketing integrations may use information as described in the notices and settings provided for the feature. We obtain consent where required. You may manage browser controls, device permissions, available Platform settings and optional marketing preferences.
Optional processing requires the disclosures, controls and consent required by applicable law before it begins. Marketing unsubscribe and device-permission controls are available separately.
Children
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
The Platform is not directed to children under 18; notify privacy support if an ineligible child has submitted information.
Retention schedule
Attorney-revised (Version 1.1) — not yet in force
The periods below are retention limits or review points. They are not all statutory mandates. Use shorter periods where appropriate and preserve only relevant records where a documented legal obligation, insurance need, claim or hold requires longer retention.
Customer active profile — While active and needed for the service.
Closed-account PII not otherwise required — Delete or anonymize promptly after closure or a verified request, subject to technical completion and applicable deadlines.
Order / payment / refund / chargeback — Up to 7 years where necessary for tax, accounting, disputes or legal duties; otherwise shorter.
Partner settlements — 7 years, subject to a specific longer legal hold.
Driver payout / tax / W-9 / 1099 / agreements — 7 years after the relevant tax year or termination, as applicable; longer only for a specific lawful need.
FCRA / background / adverse-action — Up to 5 years after the decision; restrict access and minimize or shorten raw-report retention when unnecessary.
Alcohol verification / refusal logs — 3 years after the order unless a specific law, claim or hold requires a different period.
Driver training — 7 years after separation where needed to establish compliance.
Driver license / insurance / registration — 18 months after no longer required, absent hold.
Accident / incident — At least 18 months; review before deletion and retain while a claim, insurance need, applicable limitations period or legal hold reasonably requires.
Purchasing-card receipts — 7 years

When retention expires and no lawful hold applies, sensitive data is securely deleted or anonymized and consumer-report information securely disposed of. Deletion schedules and holds extend to processors and backups through appropriate controls.
