Copyright and DMCA Policy
Version: copyright-2026-10-attorney-v1-1
Content rights
Partners represent they own or have sufficient rights/licenses for uploaded photos, video, music/audio, logos, trademarks, product images, captions, and likenesses. They grant 67 Delivery a non-exclusive license to host, store, display, reproduce, resize, encode/transcode, transmit, distribute, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the platform. Ownership remains with the Partner.
The licence is worldwide and royalty-free, limited to operating the Platform and promoting the participating business and its listings, and may be sublicensed to necessary service providers. It does not authorize unrelated endorsements or sale of the content. After removal or termination, new promotional use stops and controlled active placements are removed within a reasonable technical period, subject to lawful backups, transaction records, evidence and previously distributed material that cannot reasonably be recalled.
Moderation
- Customers may report content and hide posts from a shop.
- 67 Delivery may hide/remove content, review reports, preserve evidence, restrict posting privileges, and suspend accounts where appropriate.
- One report does not automatically remove a post.
- A Partner cannot override an administrator-removed post.
- Copyright infringement is an available report reason. Valid copyright notices follow the separate copyright procedure regardless of ordinary moderation thresholds.
Copyright notices
Send a copyright notice to the designated agent below. Identify the copyrighted work or a representative list, the allegedly infringing material and its location; provide contact information, a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized, a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized to act, and a physical or electronic signature. We will respond expeditiously to compliant notices and inform the affected uploader where appropriate.
A notice must therefore include:
- the copyrighted work or a representative list
- the allegedly infringing material and its location
- contact information
- a good-faith statement that the use is unauthorized
- a statement under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the sender is authorized to act
- a physical or electronic signature
Counter-notice
A counter-notice must identify the removed material and prior location, contain a signature and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, and provide the sender's name, address and telephone number. It must consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the sender's address, or, if outside the United States, a district where 67 Delivery may be found, and agree to accept service from the claimant or its agent. We will forward a compliant counter-notice to the claimant. Material is ordinarily restored between 10 and 14 business days after receipt unless the prescribed notice of court action is received or another lawful basis prevents restoration.
A counter-notice must therefore:
- identify the removed material and prior location
- contain a signature and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification
- provide the sender's name, address and telephone number
- consent to the jurisdiction of the federal district court for the sender's address
- agree to accept service from the claimant or its agent
Repeat infringers and false notices
We maintain a repeat-infringer policy and may suspend or terminate accounts in appropriate circumstances. False notices and counter-notices may have legal consequences. Ordinary content reporting remains available separately.
